Check-in and Check-out Time:
- Check-in time is after 12:00 Noon, and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.
- Guests need to provide a valid government ID at check-in.
Airport Pickup and Drop-off:
- Guests can request airport pickup and drop-off by providing flight details at least 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge for the service.
Rates and Deposit:
- Rates are based on the period of stay and subject to change.
- The hotel reserves the right to correct rates or cancel reservations if there are discrepancies.
Early Arrival and Late Departure:
- Guests arriving before check-in can store luggage at the reception.
- Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur charges.
- A grace period until 1 pm is considered if necessary, with a half-day room charge for late check-out after 12 pm and a full-day charge after 5 pm.
Credit Card:
- The hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy:
- Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or no-show will incur charges.
- Full payment is required before check-in.
